provision and maintenance of the school infrastructure.

desired behaviour in their personality. The home is dwelling place where

many educators is a process by which people abilities and talents are
developed.
The above presents a commenting position of most of the
Nation’s Primary Schools. In some schools roots are blows off, walls are
dilapidated and furniture items are poor and grossly inadequate. Some school
buildings have been built about four (4) decade ago. Whereas, the depreciation
of school physical structure and infrastructures depends on various factors as
the quality of the original construction and materials, and quality of
maintenances to accommodate effective teaching learning in public primary
schools. Some building have life span of about fifty (50) years whereas, some
can function effectively for not more than ten (10) years.
